Psychic structures
The piece begins from the concept of the monad as an indivisible unit, closed within itself yet in constant relation with the whole. Leibniz assigns the name Monad to the universal atom: a non-material psychic charge, without nerves, brain or body, capable of influencing animals and humans. Its three axes are substance, action and thought, because that which does not act does not exist. The structures of the monads are psychic and dynamic: they constitute the archetypes that emerge within consciousness in the form of symbols. Each unit is complete within itself and yet its frequency traverses everything around it without the need for direct contact, existing within the field before any visible exchange takes place.
