GENETIC CODE

DNA

INDARAT BLANCO.png

DNA is an extremely compact structure that, if extended linearly, would reach approximately 33 cm in length. Composed of a nucleotide code that functions as the fundamental language of life, its architecture is based on a double helix organised into chromosomes within the cell nucleus. A single cell contains around 200 million macromolecules arranged with a precision that challenges comprehension.

Genetic language operates through combinations of four bases capable of generating 64 signals that encode 20 amino acids, from which all known proteins are formed. This system reveals how a minimal alphabet can produce infinite complexity, transforming every organism into a living text. The invisible organises everything.

DNA

Deoxyribonucleic acid is a molecule structured through 20 types of amino acids.
(All proteins are formed from 20 types of amino acids) an average protein has 200 amino acids from those 20 families.
If a cell could be extended linearly, it would reach approximately 33 cm in length.

There are signalling sequences within dna formation, independent of amino acids, which function to indicate the beginning or end of a message.

(Like a biological morse code)

Deoxyribonucleic acid to decipher the genetic code of the general system is equivalent to undestanding which signals correspond to each function.
