THE DOORS OF PERCEPTION
Drugs, Time, and Sleep

This piece explores the limits imposed by consciousness and the possibility of crossing them through a shift in perception. It proposes that reality is not fixed, but conditioned by mental and energetic structures that can be reconfigured. Through the human figure and the open volumes, the creation represents access to expanded states of consciousness, where time, decision and experience are transformed.
Substances such as mescaline or psilocybin appear within the research as documented catalysts of that perceptual expansion, granting access to portals toward universes that transcend ordinary reality.
HISTORICAL
Certain appropriate drugs may provide the unknown host to consciousness or psyche the vitamins it requires.
Substances such as mescaline or psilocybin may possess powers over perception or the manipulation of time dilation.
Access may be gained to universes that are not real.
