The number five and its relationship to life
The piece proposes that life organises itself through specific structures within water, where energy, form and memory integrate into a continuous process of crystallisation. The hand, suspended above the base, symbolises the consciousness that activates matter: from it descends a drop that solidifies, representing the transition from vibration into form.
Water functions as an alchemical matrix capable of storing and transmitting information, connecting biological processes with a symbolic and spiritual dimension of life.
Crystallisation appears as a continuous physiological phenomenon through which water organises, preserves and transmits the form of living matter. When energy is clear and unobstructed, it flows and takes shape. When it encounters obstacles, it becomes
distorted. The body registers this before the mind does.
